Since our launch in 2018, we have been helping businesses and individuals build strong, future-ready digital solutions across mobile, web, and beyond.</p> <p>Today, we are a dynamic, fast-growing company trusted by leading global clients across FinTech, Blockchain, DeFi, Health &amp; Fitness, and Gambling industries.<br />We rely on cutting-edge technologies and modern development practices to create scalable products that continue to grow and evolve.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>About the product</strong></p> <p>Join us in building a large-scale fintech platform that’s currently in an active expansion phase thanks to a rapidly increasing number of users.<br />Our product is much more than a payment system — it’s a high-load solution with complex business logic, massive volumes of transactions, and rich data streams.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain asynchronous backend services (FastAPI, ARQ, service-oriented and microservice applications).</li><li>Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.</li><li>Participate in design discussions and suggest improvements to performance and developer experience.</li><li>Collaborate openly with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (asyncio, typing, pydantic);</li><li>Solid experience with SQLAlchemy 2.0 and Alembic;</li><li>Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (Pytest/Unittest);</li><li>Hands-on experience with FastAPI and async task processing (ARQ/Celery/RQ);</li><li>Database skills: PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, RLS). Knowledge of TimescaleDB/ClickHouse is a plus;</li><li>Experience in database query optimisation (EXPLAIN, keyset pagination, batching);</li><li>Understanding of idempotency and outbox/event sourcing principles;</li><li>Experience with Docker, docker-compose, local environments;</li><li>Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS (SQS, RDS, S3) is a plus;</li><li>Understanding of observability (structured logs, traces, metrics);</li><li>PCI DSS/ISO 27001 awareness will be a plus;</li><li>Experience in Fintech domain will be a plus;</li><li>English: intermediate or higher.</li></ul> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time remote job.</li><li>Paid annual leave.</li><li>Work with professional team and friendly atmosphere.</li><li>Minimum of bureaucracy.</li></ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <p>If you want to work on a challenging, high-impact project, with real growth opportunities — codeIMPL is the right place for you.<br />Here, your ideas matter.
